How do I find a specific product I am looking for?
The quickest / easiest way to find a product is to use our intuitive search bar located at the top of the page. You can search a product using the item number (if known) or product description / keyword.

If you wish to browse our range of products, use the “Browse Categories” tab located in the top navigation bar and select the product category best related to the item you seek.


How do I retrieve my password?

To retrieve / reset your password, click the “Login / register" tab located at the top right of the page. You will be taken to our login page where at the bottom you can enter your registered email address and click "Request A New Password". A temporary password will be sent to your email. After logging in using these details you will be prompted change your password.
For existing customers who've never logged in online, please phone our office on 07 5618 5100 to check what email address you have registered with us. Also, if you've forgotten the login email please phone us to retrieve it.


How do I update my address / contact details?
You can update your contact and delivery details under the "My Account" section. Click on the "My Account" tab located in the top navigation bar and select "My Account". Here you can edit your email address, phone number, contact name, delivery & postal address and password details.


How do I view my previous orders?
You can view your order history by clicking on the "My Account" tab in the top navigation and selecting "My Account". Then scroll down to the "Order History" section. Here you click on the order number to view the tax invoice. If there's an order you wish to duplicate simply click on the "Re-Order" link and complete your purchase.
