Frequently Asked Questions 


The quickest / easiest way to find a product is to use our intuitive search bar located at the top of the page. You can search a product using the item number (if known) or product description / keyword.

If you wish to browse our range of products, use the “Browse Categories” tab located in the top navigation bar and select the product category best related to the item you seek.

To retrieve / reset your password, click the “Login / Register" tab located at the top right of the page. You will be taken to our login page where at the bottom you can enter your registered email address and click "Request A New Password". A temporary password will be sent to your email. After logging in using these details you will be prompted to change your password.

For existing customers who've never logged in online, you're unsure what email address is registered, or you want to change your login email address please phone our office on 07 5618 5100.
You can update your contact and delivery details under the "My Account" section. Click on the "My Account" tab located in the top navigation bar and select "My Account". Here you can edit your email address, phone number, contact name, delivery & postal address and password details. Note - If making a permanent change i.e. Your business has moved locations, please contact us so we can permanently update this in our system.

You can view your order history by clicking on the "My Account" tab in the top navigation and selecting "My Account". Then scroll down to the "Order History" section. Here you can click on the order number to view the tax invoice. If there's an order you wish to duplicate simply click on the "Re-Order" link and complete your purchase. Note - Your online order history will not show orders placed over the phone or via email.

No! You can order any of our products as an individual not attached to a business. Whether it is hand sanitiser or silicone everyone and anyone is welcome to shop at ABL Distribution

Manual Shipping just means that the website couldn't calculate your shipping charges automatically. This could be due to your location, cubic size of the items or the items ordered being dangerous goods. If your order requires 'Manual Shipping', you will be contacted via email with a shipping quote once your order has been placed online. 

When you find a product that you cannot add to your cart, it means that item is out of stock with no definite ETA. Once the product arrives you will see the 'Add To Cart' button again. We check our stock levels daily and update our 'Add To Cart' goods where possible.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply call or email us within 31 days from receipt of the goods. ABL will not accept returns unless we have been notified in this manner.

We will arrange the return of your purchase and replace your order or refund you in full. Goods must be returned in the condition you received them.

Return freight will be at ABL Distribution Pty Ltd’s cost only when there has been an error on ABL Distribution Pty Ltd’s part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods. If the fault is not ABL's we will not cover return shipping or refund the original shipping costs.

Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
If placing an order online we accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal.

If ordering over the phone or via email we accept Visa, Mastercard, Bpay & Direct Deposit.

Please quote your order number and required changes.

If these changes leave a balance outstanding you will be required to provide payment details and this will be charged separately.

If these changes leave a balance owed we will refund the amount back to your original payment method or you can choose to leave this credit on your account for future purchases.

If your order is sent with an external courier company including; Aramex, Direct Freight Express, TNT etc. you will receive shipping information direct from the carrier once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

On the checkout page you can select your 'Shipping Via' option as 'In-Store Pickup'.

For pick-up please allow a minimum of 2 hours from time of order for picking and processing.
