Delivery, Returns & Refunds | ABL Distribution

Please Find Below The Details Of Our Delivery & Trade Conditions.

DELIVERY

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders over $100 + GST to most Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Yatala, and Brisbane areas (excluding Brisbane City and some remote locations). If unsure, contact us to confirm if your address qualifies for free delivery.
  • Delivery Charges: For areas not covered by free delivery, freight costs will be calculated based on your shopping cart.
  • Manual Shipping: For large orders, incorrect postcodes, or hazardous goods, shipping may need manual calculation. You’ll be notified at checkout, and we’ll provide a freight quotation by email. If you choose not to proceed, we’ll refund your order.
  • Delivery Times:
    • FIS Area (ABL Truck): Orders must be placed by 1:30pm for next-day delivery.
    • External Courier: Orders should be placed by 2pm for next-day dispatch. Note: Orders may be held up to 7 business days if some items are out of stock.
  • Residential Delivery: Ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If the address will be unattended, provide 'Authority To Leave' in the checkout notes.
  • PO Boxes & Restricted Zones: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Some products may be restricted in delivery zones.
  • Byron Bay & Ballina: Orders are delivered by an external courier and incur a delivery fee.

MINIMUM ORDER

  • Minimum Order Value: $50.00 excluding GST.
  • Service Fee: Orders between $50.00 and $100.00 excluding GST incur a $9.60 + GST service fee.
  • Order Acceptance: We do not accept orders below $50.00.

PRICING AND GST

  • All prices exclude GST. GST will be added to the final invoice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Return Policy: Contact us within 31 days of receipt if you’re not satisfied. Returns will only be accepted if we’ve been notified.
  • Return Conditions: Goods must be in the original condition. Return freight costs are covered by ABL only if the error is on our part. If the error is not ours, return shipping and original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Special Orders: Custom and special orders are only eligible for replacement or refund if the error is ours.
  • Restocking Fee: Some returns may incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Legislation: ABL complies with the Trade Practices Act (1974). Our terms do not override the Act’s provisions.
